Blog #6: Mind Over Matter

With 20% time, I've been working on a mind-controlled helicopter using an EEG headset and a RC helicopter. So far, we've dismantled the controller, soldered on what we needed, and removed what we didn't, and tried to connect it to the computer. Unfortunately, our first attempt resulted in motherboard overheating, rendering it useless. Luckily, we had two controllers. As of now we are working on turning it into what we had before overheating, and working on using resistors to prevent it from happening. All in all, I'm having fun, and have high hopes for this project.
